Are you referring to the Dichroic halogens or the Xenon gas discharge. The
Xenon lights are extremely effective. When you see a car with these
approaching, they definitely stand out. Not because of their brightness,
but because of their color. If the lights are properly aimed, they
shouldn't blind other drivers. Although, given how low most of our LBC's
sit, it might be impossible not to be blinded by some of the larger new
cars, trucks and SUV's. Since their lights will pointing right down onto
our cars.

These bulbs are an abomination. Blinding to oncoming drivers and
practically useless to the driver behind the wheel of the car so equipped.
Has to do with the scatter rate of blue light I think. They are illegal in
most if not all of the US. Add to that the fact that they do nothing to aid
vision. I am driven to the point of mayhem when I see a big truck coming
down the road with these thngs blinding all in sight.
Don't even think about it.
