Available for the TR3B were:

48-spoke wire wheels in Bright Chrome, Dull Chrome, "lacquer" or "aluminum"
(p.40 of the Spare Parts Catalogue). Listed under "High Speed Equipment" 
on p. 143 of that catalogue are 60-spoke wheels in the same range of choices.
