TR4 Values

After a long period without a LBC, I've decided to look for my dream
car: a completely restored early TR4.

I think I've found one.  It had a frame-off restoration a few years ago
and appears to be in "new" condition from the pictures that were sent to
me; the previous owner was a perfectionist by the look of it.  But I'm
having a hard time determining its value.  Any thoughts?
