Re. Wire Wheel spokes & removing chrome

Hello, all,

When rechroming, plating shops take off the old chrome by reversing the
electrolytic action(i.e. they reverse the polarity).

A shop should do this cheap because the old chrome goes into their plating
bath so they get something out of the deal.
