Art,

I had Foster's Special Bitter at an Outback Steak House with a few Brit friends 
and we all agree that Foster's isn't bitter enough. If you truly like bitter 
beers, may I suggest the Indian Pale Ale (IPA) from the Broad Ripple Brew Pub, 
Indianapolis.  This has to be the most bitter beer I've tasted - and I love it. 
The owner is truly knows his fine ales.
