Rod, I have one from J.C. Whitney, "Gunson", same as the LBC carb 
adjuster, has worked extremely well for me as well as many people I know 
who have them. Each time inspection comes up I test and adjust at home 
then off I go, never failed me yet. Lots cheaper than the ones you 
memtioned.
