After my experiance with my 72 spit, I would wait till the new ones
arrive. Drop them in as close as you can and use a piece of chalk to out
line. Make real sure you leave some extra, it's a whole lot better to
take more off than try to make a mig bridge a gap of two inches !
Been there Done that.
