Allen, your car was built in 1966, probably in late fall. What probably
happened is that by the time it was shipped and sold it was '67, so the dealer
titled it as a '67. This was not uncommon. You can get a complete history
from the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust which will tell you exactly
when it was built and to whom it was shipped. It will also tell you what
options were installed at the factory.

The "H 16" tells you about the interior. "H" means that the interior was
originally leather - versus vinyl - and the 16 means the interior color was
Midnight blue.

The 2660 is the "gross laden weight" in lbs.

The commission number probably has an "L" behind it - i.e. CT73615 [space] L.
If so, it was built as a left hand drive car. If not it, was a right hand
drive. Are there any other letters? (E.g. an O would mean it had overdrive.)
Cheers.
