I'd say allot more than three. Know of about 4 owners myself. I own 2 mk1s
myself. speaking of racing I have one with fiberglass hood and fenders.
not sure if the car had been set up for racing or was just replacement
parts. I don't ever remember see fiberglass parts for sale for a 2000
