Is it possible that the cross piece (in front of the engine) needs to be in place for the suspension to work normally? Also, are the upper suspension arms oriented correctly? The F&R upper arms are not the same. Reversing them puts a good dose of twist on that axis. Are the vertical links really straight? The fulcrum pins can also be "flipped" .... some folks do this intentionally to get more negative camber.... Just a thought...
