I am in the process of putting a new interior in my 6 and have
looked for the carboard panels which go on either side in the front.
Neither TRF or Moss seems to sell them.

Does anyone on the list know of a source?

I am considering acquiring some heavy poster board or even
masonite (sp) and coating it with epoxy to keep out moisture.

 comments and feedback welcome

   Gary,

Go to a trim shop and buy the backing board from them, or a half a board
if they'll sell it that way. It's a lot easier to work with and will
withstand moisture. The 3M spray adhesive works well with it too. I used a
friends as a pattern, use the drivers side, as it has the cut out for the
bonnet opener.
                                                   Good Luck,
                                                       Jody
