I have recently used something called Mar-Hyde Bumper Black with great
results on the fiberboard radiator shroud of my TR6. The product is
intended for restoring plastic bumpers but it worked very well in my
application. I found it a local auto parts store for $10 Canadian for a
16oz spray can.
