Sorry, the liners your referring to for the Spitfire require machining just
like you would for a re bore to install oversize pistons, but instead of
pistons you press in the liner.  You might save the cost of pistons, but
you may end up spending as much (or more) in re boring and re machining the
block - plus the cost of the liners, then re machining after installation
