Brad, I can't confirm or deny the presence of a horn relay on the "Mk.1" 
but I will say that the most nearly accurate wiring diagram to be found 
for U.S.-spec. early Spitfires (4, and 4 Mk.2) is that found in the 
Owner's Handbook. Even the one in the factory Workshop Manual doesn't 
show the U.S.-only lighting switch circuit differences.
