My tr6 has slight bearing noise (rocker or camshaft I think) on startup, I
don't
think this is anything to worry about. I have heard brand new cars make the
same sound.

But I had the same worries as you, so at 70k miles I installed a rocker feed
kit, and a spin-on oil filter adapter, which helps stop oil drain back. So now
at least the oil
pressure comes up very quickly. This engine has 214k miles on it, so I guess I
shouldn't be too worried :)
