I had the exact same problem with my weber down draft. Short term fix..
disconect the hose from the carb(ie .. the one from the valve cover to the
air filter). When I did this the oil comming out of the dipstick stopped.
If it is still comming out you need to pull the valve cover and clean out
the area where the tube comes out. For my car, running the hose straight
accross without the vapor return took care of the prob.
