I have seen them advertised in a catalog from a place called Europa
Specialist Spares. There are two parts, the rod end and the rod itself
(I assume they need to be welded together, although for most of us the
end would suffice as that is what wears out).

The info is (prices in pounds sterling):
GMCPRM - machined steel push rod end (Girling MC) @ 4.21 each,
GMCPR - Girling MC push rod @ 4.93 each.
I don't know if it would work with the Lockheed MC the TR6 clutch uses
(in my case anyway).
Europa is supposed to have a web site but last time I checked it was not
working yet. And if it is not obvious, they are in England. Since TRF et
al. are usually pretty good at sourcing the small parts if they are
available, I don't know why they haven't figured this one out as it is a
pretty common piece many of us would like to buy individually (perhaps
the margins on new MCs are so good it makes no sense to supply a small
piece like the push rod and end).
Maybe we should let the stateside vendors know about this and they might
be able to supply the parts...
