Scott,
  Why not just take the wheels to a machine shop, and have them enlarge
the bores in the wheels, to fit readily available lugnuts & washers?  I
did this with a '77 Chevy PU wheels that I found at a garage sale REEL
CHEEP  - works for me.  Just my $0.02 USA :>)
