Hi,

I also find that the car(s) with the nicest "babe" or best "hunk" can do
well at participant's choice shows. ;-)

Sorry, couldn't resist.

The key is: if you want to win show competition with British cars, you
gotta go for concours judging. Period. Success Participant's choice is not a
measurement of just the car.

I echo other sentiments. The best I ever did at a show was when I stood
by the car all day and answered questions. Folks must have been voting
for "most talkative" that day.

I also usually vote for light blue cars. The red ones always do seem to win.
;-) ;-)
