Hi, i have a TR7 and i want to change the engine to a Rover K series(as
used in the new rovers an lotus elise) for economy and slightly improved
performance. Has anyone ever heard of such a conversion and if so what
is involved.
I once saw in 'Practical Classics' magazine a report on fout TR7's.
One an 8 valve 2.0L,
a 16 valve Sprint 2.0L,
a Rover V8,
and a Rover K series, 2.0 litre i think.
Problem is, i never bought the magazine. I just saw the engine sitting
there.
