Well spotted Michael - yes it was a Stag. One book on Stags actually mentions this in a (very) short chapter "Stags in films". I don't think anybody from the sound crew who did the "after-sound" in this Bond film had any idea about Triumphs - the poor Stag sounded like 1100cc car, not a noisy 3L V8 ! regards Petr (who can't own one, but at least knows how does one sound...) |
