Right! Actually it's a 1957 403 Cabriolet. There was a write-up several
years ago in _Old Cars Weekly_ about the car. IMS, it was sold sometime
after the original run of Columbo ended, and the studio had to buy or
borrow it back when the recent series of two-hour Columbo specials started
up. The "interim" owners had done no small amount of repair, as the car
had received some substantial sheet metal damage in one episode.
