Hey Ross,  rather than `hub' here, do you mean the flange, that the
studs mount through  ?

Tom - yes, but it is called a "hub" by Triumph, Bentley, Kipping, Rimmer, et 
al. Don't know why really, because you're right, all it is, really, is a 
flange with the wheel studs sticking through it.  One of life's little 
mysteries I guess.
