rolling dollies digest available

I've received 16 suggestions from SoLers about moving lbcs around on
dollies.  Lots of dolly ideas, but he most common response seems to be to
use some combination of floor jacks.   

I've compiled all the replys into a single file and, rather than bomb the
list with it, I'll email it to any anyone who asks.  Its unedited, other
than being chronological and with unnecessary header info deleted.
