Definitely. There is no guarantee whatsoever that the yokes are 100% 
symmetrical. 

Even just changing the bearings often affect balance - they may not be 
100% equal in dimension, or at least seated differently than they used 
to. 

Propshafts are pretty sensitive things in terms of balance.

Caused by excessive vibration (read forces) due to worn out bearings. For 
instance.
