As luck would have it a catalog arrived yesterday from Time Warner Viewer's
Edge. They also list several old series and a tape titled "The Prisoner
Video Companion" with the following description:
"This video companion to one of the most discussed, pondered and argued
about television series includes theories, anecdotes, trivia and scenes
from all 17 episodes. 55 minutes $9.95"

They list other series including, Twilight Zone, Night Stalker and The
Outer Limits, so maybe they have the Prisoner as well and just don't show
it in this promo catalog. Might be worth a try.
