If the car just died it's hard to put the blame on the battery. If yo=
u managed to start the car, the battery can't be in very bad shape. I=
f you were to completely disconnect the battery while the car is runni=
ng, it would continue to run on the generator. If you're sure it's an=
electrical problem I would start by checking out the ignition system =
- points, coil, condenser, ballast resistor.
