I would think that on line a Google search would turn  up all kinds of 
shops that have them rebuilt.  The lister that mentioned  the Tractor Supply 
generator could have a point.  Tractors normally run at  less than 1,000 rpm's 
and may not hold up in  a car.
But, you would think that if the part # is the same as  a Tiger.........!
