[Tigers] frame off ??

I often have to stop and think for a minute or less whenn I see an add for a
car that is unibody ie no frame is advertised as having a "frame off"
resto....I see it all the time when reading Hemmings....Does the advertiser
have a clue???  Just a thought,  Clyde
