That company (Sunbeam America) is basically just re-branding offshore
products using the Sunbeam name. I'm not completely sure but I think
this company is probably related to that organization that tried to
trademark "Sunbeam Tiger" and "Sunbeam Alpine" a few years ago, in loose
connection with a South American sports car and a small SUV.
They can't even spell "convertible" right on their homepage... Not sure
if I'd trust them to build a car.
