I think they do do rear kits with "hand brakes" but I already have
dales rear kit with mustang calipers.   I have 16" wheels but they fit
15 too.  They also do smaller rotors I think.  No us distributors
(they're basically custom made) but I paid well under 1000 US for all
that stuff including air shipping from australia to uk (which was 350
aus dollars).

Michael king told me about them and pointed out the cheap aus dollar -
