It has always been my theory that if a Tiger is created out of an Alpine
that the car will be highly restored. I mean who would go to all of the
trouble
and expense to try to duplicate the Tiger parts and then not restore the car
and get a decent price.
And it's pretty hard to cover up the new weld marks and such if you leave
the paint and other things as original. Just my theory.
