Mayf, You wrote, "The newer firing order, ie 351 and later 5 liter, is better because it effectively does away with this situation." The 351 firing order is 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8 versus 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8. These firing orders are simply mirror images front-to-back; e.g., 6-5 replaces 7-8 and 1-3 replaces 4-2. Nothing really changes in terms of the putt sequence. Bob |
