I stand corrected on gluing the seat cover bottom to the foam. When I did mine, years ago there was not a source of information like we have now to guide me. The one that I removed was not glued so I did not glue. I wondered why some seats looked different from mine and now I know:-) The center of mine does not rise to the level of the edges, but would definitely look better if the center had been glued.
