Part Found

I figured out what the part is that fell off the Tiger. A picture of it
is in Plate B-Section Q of an old Alpine factory parts list I have,
listed as part #56. It is exacly like the part that came off and is
called a wheel cylinder retaining plate, used in Series III and IV and,
obviously Tigers too. Now, what do I do with it and should I not drive
the car until I get it back on?
