I have a 97 Dodge PU and the door sticker says 50 lb.   At 50 they felt like 
steel tires.  I have them at 38.  Guess if I was going to carry a lot of 
weight they would have to go up.   I bet the same is true for your Explorer.  
Put 5 or 6  people in there and it might feel good at 32-35.   Mark L.
