Folks,
        If you use Microsoft Explorer, and Microsoft Outlook
be aware that there is a bug that allows a file to automatically
be opened, even if you do not do it yourself.  Has to do with
MIME encoding to "invalid" values while having an HTML file embedded
in a mail message.   Also Windows 2000 has a couple of bugs that
are even worse. Suggest you check out the Microsoft Web site for the
bug fixes.
