Heater core repair

Doc,

Any reputable radiator shop should be able to help.  On the last
couple that I had built, I had the ends of the side tanks cut out
and replaced with thicker metal to prevent the expanding that
occurs from the Tiger using a higher pressure cap than Alpines.
The closest one to me that I have experience with is in
Alexandria, Va.  E-mail off-line if you want more details.
