Don't forget that the rubber engine mounts are 'handed' and installing them incorrectly (left switched with right, and vice-versa) will move the engine forward about 3/8 to half an inch. I'm running a four-row boat-anchor radiator that measures about 2.5" front to back, and it fits fine in front of the Ford 6 blade "canadian" fan. "Fine" means that I can still get a wrench onto the water pump pulley bolts, and slide the fan into place if I orient it just right. Regards, Theo <snip> |
