Thanks Steve.  What are the two holes on the top vertical portion of the
valance, just below the horizontal surface.  They would be blocked by
the bumper from normal view.

I have had the car described in many way, but never a dark spot on the
pavement.   I though the dark spot on the pavement was road kill for
Billy Jeans bar-b-que.

I'm Southern, so I can say those things, y'all.
