On the cooling/fan/shroud, everything that I have read is that 1/3 of
the fan blade is to be exposed, or out of the shroud area.  If you are
pushing hot air out the front, then there may not be enough of the fan
blade exposed.

Good Luck.  Sorting out this Stuff takes time, as I am going through
this also.  Car still up 2" too high, and nobody knows why.
