Saw the Jaguar XJ-8 at the local autorama, a nice looking piece, but I
do believe that Brit cars are going backwards when it comes to storing a
folding top. The Tiger/Alpine may be a tedious bitch to fold, but at
least it stows flat; the Jag roadster---35 years on---sticks up and
ruins the look of the car when the top is down. You'd think Ford would
have told 'em how it's done.
