Uh, I knew they did this on the blower motor but on the wiper motor too?

Yes there are two speed wipers on Tigers, but there are NOT
two speed motors!
WHAT?
Yup, remember we're talking Lucas here. Nobody else would
spend a Pound for a HUMONGOUS high wattage resistor, and
wiring, to be switched in series with the motor to slow it
down from it's normal speed, then the second switch position
puts the input voltage to the other side of the resistor,
removing it's load.
Praise the Eternal Prince Of Darkness, and hiss lesser demon
the Count of Cold.
