Odd.  I have had several Dodge's with the left hand thread lugs, but I remeber
them on the right side of the car.  The idea was that they would have a tendancy
to self tighten due to the rotation of the wheel.  If the Nut doesn't turn but
the wheel does when going forward, the nut would get tighter.  That was the
reason for it, and the same with Knock off wheels.

BTW, neither my Alpine or IMP had left hand threaded lugs...
