I did this a few months ago.  I used my torch (low flame) to soften up =
the rubber portion of the bushing so it (and the inner metal sleeve) =
could be removed with needle nose pliers.  Next, I used a chisel to make =
a cut about 2/3rds the length of the outer metal sleeve that remained in =
the frame rail.  After about a 2/3rds cut the metal sleeve would drive =
out without too much trouble.  I used a long bolt with some =
appropriately sized flat washers to "press" in the new bushings.

Could use some hot pointers on how to remove the upper shackle bushings.
These are the ones at the top of the shackle (not the one in the leaf
spring).  Looks like they are pressed into a steel tube which is welded =
into
the frame.  Mine are original, so I don't expect them to come out =
without a
fight.
