Tony,

         Rob Martel actually fabricated all of the replacement panels for my
Tiger. I think a chat with Rob will give you infomation regarding the
viability of producing panels for the Sunbeam marque. He is the best , ask
several on the internet who have seen his work or used his panels, I am sure
all with first hand knowledge will agree. 

        I do not have his phone #  available ,        I can dig it up if you
need it?                          Let me know.

                       Maybe somebody can post it again.
