Steering arms and wheels

Guys,
Interesting piece on the MGB steering arms....may try them out, since I
have a couple (dozen).
Does Minilite or anyone else make some 14" wheels that have the correct
offset for the front/rear?
If the longer arms help the ackerman angle, I assume that the steering is
slowed slightly since the arms are longer. (?)
