Hardtop patch panels

Hi all:

I'm in the middle of restoring a hardtop and am in need of some patch
panels for the rear corners of the top where, it seems, they all rust out. 
I seem to remember seeing a Sunbeam catalog that had those patch panels
listed in it but now I can't find it.  Am I dreaming or are they available?
 Help!!!!
