This is time to act, guys! Write now to help get this bill
passed!

Quentin Kopp has been very pro-active to my concerns about
this bill and has sent me regular updates as SB-42 has moved
through the State Legislature.

Yesterday I received a copy of the opposition letter from the
Director of CARB outlining their proposal of a 30-year rolling
date, vs. the current proposed 25-year rolling date in SB-42.

Whether you agree with CARB's position or not, the Chairman of
CARB is John D. Dunlap III. He, and his Legislative Director,
Chris Reynolds can be reached at (916) 322-8520.

Make your wishes known. It's nice to have a phone # to get to
someone in Govt. directly. Thank Senator Kopp for this.
