Not quite that easy, Rob, but close. Your original piece-of-sh*t remote
oil filter
kludge uses a goes-inner (female) fitting on the block. You need to go
to a wrecking yard, or Ford dealer and get the regular goes-outter (male)
fitting for the block.
Then, just undo all that original junk, put in a box and save it in case you
go insane someday and want to put it back, screw in the new male fitting,
and then spin on the new filter.
